Our core service is the performance-based full service audit, which is the most common service we perform for our clients. This audit provides two services simultaneously: 

1. 1. Comprehensive audit all of your telecommunication bills for errors and overcharges.
2.  When an error or overcharge is confirmed, we work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issues. We will get that money credited to your account or we will have a check issued to you directly from the carrier.  
4. 2. Analyzing your contract for opportunities to reduce your costs.
5. If we determine a way to save you money moving forward, we will explain to you our money saving recommendation(s). If you accept the recommendation(s), we will implement with your current carrier.

•          Physical onsite inventory of communications equipment and vendor/carrier services.
•          Customized software solutions for analyzing and auditing your monthly communications billing accounts. These customized solutions are tailored to your specific vendor services, yet have the flexibility to address changes in your services as needed and are fully supported by our exprienced team.
• Communications contract assistance:
  •        Renegotiation with current carrier(s)
  •        Negotiation with new vendors or carriers
  •        Prepare request for proposal (RFP)
  •        Analyze pricing and service proposals
• On-going Monthly Bill Analysis and Audit:
  •        Perform monthly bill audit and analysis to determine billing accuracy
  •        Present monthly audit and analysis in report form to client
  •        Determine Monthly bill payment due carrier
  •        Submit and identified errors to carriers for investigation and resolution
  •        Work with carrier on behalf of client to final resolution of billing issues
• Direct Bill Payment - As an add-on to the services described above, we will make payments on your behalf, directly to your carriers and provide appropriate required reports to your accounting department.
